Energy use in the four towns over the last three years
April 25, 2012
Our friends at the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities created this chart that allows for a fair comparison between each of the four towns. It takes into account each town’s residential electricity usage in kilowatt hours, size and any temperature differences that would impact heating and cooling needs. Note that there is very little difference between Hudson, Dike, Readlyn and Fairbank in 2011. Hopefully with the efforts residents in each town are making we’ll see some sizable decreases in 2012!
